bash -D doesn't parse $"translatable messages" inside heredocs.
Heredocs are nice for usage() functions and other cases,
it'd be nice for bash -D to support them.

Create the following script:

cat <<EOF
$(echo $"message2")

Run bash -D script, it produces no output.
