Bash Version: 4.3
Patch Level: 28
Release Status: release

Description:
The commands that read pipe stdin prompts: "Bad file number"

Repeat-By:
    echo "hello" | cat
    or
    echo "hello" | read

Fix:
Similar error occurs when the violated rights of access to files, but here anonymous channel. I don't know how to fix it, so while I will use 4.1 version of bash, that works.
