Within a command substitution that's a part of a heredoc, if you start a
job at the background and then attempt to run an external command, Ctrl+C,
Ctrl+Z, and Ctrl+\ won't work.

    $ cat <<<`sleep 10 & uname`
    bash: warning: 6031: maybe_give_terminal_to: terminal pgrp == 6030
shell pgrp = 6024 new pgrp = 6033 in_background = 0


I should've tested and reported this before the patch was released, sorry :/
