[PATCH] Current Alpha VMS support

I finally got binutils-2.13.91 working on Alpha VMS.

Now I'm in the process to do the upgrade against
current CVS sources.

Once this is done, would you accept the patch for
incorporation ? And if yes, with what preferred format ?
Unified diff ?

BTW, would you require to be able to regenerate
makefile.vms as is done for make-gas.com from
vmsconf.sh ?
