I have encountered a problem where it seems to me that the COFF format support is incomplete in binutils. I have registered this as a bug for gcc too. For more information see the GCC bug 13922. http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=13922 I'm not sure who "owns" this bug, it may not be a GNU issue. Best regards/Nils Hammar
