since the Report-Msgid-Bugs-To field is not filled in in the opcodes translation file.

This has now been fixed.

Great. It saves us time when reporting errors, and will encourage more translators to do so. I myself have sometimes given up on reporting msgid errors, when this field isn't filled in, simply because I don't have the time to chase up the project page and contact details.

All three of these should now be fixed in the mainline binutils sources.
