[Bug ld/10433] New: Latest ld fails to link ldconfig properly

See attached tarball, when linked with latest ld, ./ldconfig --help
segfaults.
_nl_make_l10nflist calls stpcpy, yet __stpncpy_ssse3 is actually called.
