on x86_64-suse-linux I see

FAIL: icf_test.sh
PASS: icf_keep_unique_test.sh
FAIL: icf_safe_test.sh
PASS: icf_safe_so_test.sh

even though the respective functions in icf_test.o seem to be the same
(attached).
