I have submitted patch that fixes this issue
(https://sourceware.org/ml/binutils/2017-01/msg00289.html).

With this patch, we have run tests for systemd package on Debian. Results of
two tests that failed with segmentation fault:
PASS test-libsystemd-sym (exit status: 0)
SKIP test-bus-marshal (exit status: 77)
