1. Add support for processing special files (using -f). Useful for reading
/dev/ksyms for example.
2. When unwinding initialize addr when remaining == 0
3. Add support for alpha symbol visibility
4. Add support for vax symbol visibility
5,6. Fix whitespace in formatting of NetBSD notest
7. Add support for NetBSD PaX notes
8. Add support for NetBSD Procinfo and Auxv core sections
9. Add support for NetBSD/sh3 specific core sections
