Ah yes, that might be difficult.  Do you have a Fedora Project account ?  If so
you could upload the zipfile/tarball there.

If you are using zip to create the archive you could use the -s option to split
the output and then create multiple attachments to this BZ.

Otherwise I think you will need to choose a file sharing site of some kind and
try uploading there.
