Just in the usual way i.e. `make check' from the top level. I tried your way
but the result is the same.

../binutils-gdb/configure --prefix=/usr --enable-shared --disable-gdb
--disable-gdbserver --disable-libbacktrace --disable-libdecnumber
--disable-readline --disable-sim
