Alright, I've just reinstalled cygwin and selected the newest auto*
packages only. This is what I have at the moment:

aclocal   --version: (GNU automake) 1.9.6
automake  --version: (GNU automake) 1.9.6
autoconf  --version: (GNU Autoconf) 2.59
autopoint --version: (GNU gettext-tools) 0.14.5

At the end of the ./bootstrap script I get the following:

[1795/1795] -> "zh_TW.po" [1]

...which is different from my linux build. Hmm... Any ideas?
