Huh?  The NEWS for 1.4.6 claims that this was the release where I fixed
that particular bug:

| file and line where the dangling construct started, rather than
| `NONE:0:'.

At any rate, I'd be more interested in seeing the same results with the
latest stable release, m4 1.4.11.
