bootstrap on git-code fails (autoconf problem)

Hi,

Running bootstrap in the current git head of bison fails for me with an
autoconf-related error message. This is an up-to-date Gentoo system
(maybe an incompatibility with the latest autoconf version?).

This is the error message:
