Secure copy problem in cfengine, every version upto 1.6.0 (1st December
2000)
When cfengine starts a secure copy it frequently terminates and leaves the
lock-file.
This is caused when coping the encryption key with scanf/printf. If the
encryption key contains a 0x00, it causes the string functions to terminate.
A patch is included.
