Mark,

Is there a solution to the cfd problem of the first request after a change to the cfd.conf file is made being denied. Here is an example of the messages I get the first (and only the first) run of cfengine after the cfd.conf file has been modified:

cf:arizona1: Network access to arizona:/export/hostcfg/cfengine denied
cf:arizona1: copy can't open directory [/export/hostcfg/cfengine]
cf:arizona1: Transmission refused or failed statting /export/hostcfg/files/sunos_5.6/usr/maxim/sbin Got: cf:arizona1: Can't stat /export/hostcfg/files/sunos_5.6/usr/maxim/sbin in copy cf:arizona1: Transmission failed/refused talking to arizona:/export/hostcfg/files/sunos_5.6/usr/maxim/bin in stat
cf:arizona1: Can't stat /export/hostcfg/files/sunos_5.6/usr/maxim/bin in copy
cf:arizona1: Received signal SIGPIPE

Is there a workaround or fix for this? I'm running 1.6.1 (with the two patches you gave me) on Solaris 2.6.

Thanks!!
