[PATCH] cfagent: cmd-line arg tidying

There are currently 43 options you can pass to cfagent. Many of these
mean "Don't do <foo>" or "Only do <bar>".

I've coded a patch which unifies these arguments into one.
Examples:

$ cfagent --avoid resolve,copy
$ cfagent --just tidy --just shellcommands

The latter does tidy and shellcommands, but nothing else in the
action sequence.

My hope is that these replace things like -s/--no-commands in a
later release.
