Gripes about cfenvd

I have two things to say about cfenvd, both of which are linked.

cfenvd writes bucket-loads of log entries, of the form:

Feb 11 10:08:10 wompom cfenvd[18893]: Edited file 
/var/lib/cfengine2/cf_outgoing.telnet

Furthermore, for every edit, it makes a .cfsaved file.

In my opinion, both of these are unnecessary.

We can fix the latter by changing Repositry() in cfenvd.c to return
true.

However, I'm not sure how the syslog entries can be quoshed without
having unwelcome side-effects on the other programs in cfengine.
