First I'm not sure the mailing list is working right, I didn't get
your emails even though it says I'm subscribed when I try to subscribe
again. I only noticed your response in the archive, sorry to miss it
originally.

It is possible that I grabbed the output of global (which can use
cflow to produce callee/caller graphs). Maybe it made it look more
different than I noticed.
I have since noticed that GNU global makes all those subsequent
references after the first into html links back to the first, and that
first one links into the sources, so it's not much of an issue for me
now, though I still might like to see it repeated each time and I
guess people using just cflow without global might like it even more.
