HTMLElement.setData()

hi,

i have a little question regarding HTMLElements.setData(string):
shouldn't there be an instruction that sets fDataSpecified to
'true'?

i'm developing some classes around html and i'm using cgicc as
the basis. so it's possible that i'll annoy you with some questions
in the future...
