The width of nested JMenus (sub-menus) is wrong.

At the moment, the width is calculated from the width of
the menu label itself, but the calculation should also
respect the width of the remaining menu items on the parent
menu (it should be the maximum of all menu items).

The bug occurs both in standard drop-down menus and popup-menus.
