Yes, we now remove the bindings when the JComponent is removed from its
container.  The update method is still ineffcient but there is no obvious way
to do a better job and also ComponentInputMaps are seldom updated in the first
place so I will close this bug.  There is a FIXME note in KeyboardManager that
perhaps we should improve the performance, but I certainly don't think it
qualifies as an outstanding bug.
