        PR classpath/25256
        * java/awt/Container.java
        (LightweightDispatcher.acquireComponentForMouseEvent): When we
        receive a MOUSE_RELEASED then dispatch it to the same component
        that received the original MOUSE_PRESSED. This is needed for
        correct dragging behaviour.
