[Bug classpath/25673] New: Default KeyStore should be "GKR", not "jks"

java.security.KeyStore.getDefaultType() will return "jks" as a default value. 
However, we have no implementation of the java key store format.  GNU Crypto,
however, implements a store called GNU KeyRing.  We should change this "jks"
default value to "GKR".
