[Bug classpath/27205] New: gjarsigner should check the signing cert for validity

I don't know about `should' here, but it is certainly something that can be
done. The patch adds a call to checkValidity() in SFHelper.writeDSA(), and
prints a warning to stdout if an error occurs.
