[Bug xml/27687] New: Add support for the "http://javax.xml.transform.sax.SAXTransformerFactory/feature"

I am a developer for the eclipse-cs Checkstyle plugin to Eclipse
(http://eclipse-cs.sourceforge.net).

Recently a user reported a plugin "bug" when running Eclipse on GNU Classpath
(https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=559494&aid=1491223&group_id=80344).
The problem boiled down to the GNU Classpaths JAXP/TrAX implementation which
currently does not implement the
"http://javax.xml.transform.sax.SAXTransformerFactory/feature";, on which the
plugin relies to output XML via SAX.

I think it would be a good thing if this support would be added.
