[Bug swing/28562] New: JOptionPane.showInputDialog

JOptionPane seems to be pretty broken in current cvs. This started about a 
week ago. Apart from the setIcon issue PR28530, input dialogs look somewhat 
funny - but they still work most of the time. (Sometimes the input textfield 
is off-screen, sometimes I have focus issues.)

See attached screenshot for an example; use the older testcase for PR24113 to 
demonstrate the issue.

I marked this as a "critical" because it is a clear regression, and input 
dialogs are not that uncommon.
