Preface to questions

Hello,

I'm now going to delve in the CommonC++ code and docs and I anticipate 
that a lot of questions will arise.

As far as I understand there is no any public mailing list for 
CommonC++, so the questions should be sent to <address@hidden>.

May I send them in short messages (a question per message), or do you 
prefer to receive larger bunches of questions in one message?
