Just checked with current CVS. I never ran make check before
and always compile from another directory. Various scripts seem
to have troubles with it, and before any test is run I also
notice 3 'grep: false.c: No such file or directory' and
make[3]: Makefile: No such file or directory
make[3]: *** No rule to make target `Makefile'. Stop.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/fredlwm/tmp/objdir/man'
The tests start to fail with cut, which produdes tons of:
cat: /usr/local/src/CVS/GNU/coreutils/tests/cut/1.I: No such file or directory
./cut-tests: line 57: /usr/local/src/CVS/GNU/coreutils/tests/cut/1.I: No such
file or directory
Not a big problem as everything else runs.
