Please send us the commands that you're using to perform the install, along
with exactly what they print out. Ideally, do cut-and-paste from the
terminal window (you are typing at a shell prompt?) to your email client's
composition buffer.
Also please send us the output from "install --version".
Also, please explain what you mean by looking up the "help". Do you mean
that you typed "install --help" and had trouble figuring out what to do?
Did you try "info install"?

I am trying to install Adobe Rdr on SuSE 8.2 but it keeps advising 'too
few arguments' when I look up the 'help' it is not explicit as to what
is an argument and what is an option. Can you please help, btw I am
trying to instal to '/root/Adobe/.
