A 128Mb file occupies more than 128Mb of disk storage, due to filesystem
overhead.  For example, when stored on an ext3 filesystem the reported
disk storage is 134352896 bytes.  And non-integer quantities are rounded
up to the next higher unit, as documented in the manual.
