It's not up to me. I am waiting on one of the developers with write
access to review it, as well as waiting on the FSF to complete my
copyright assignment papers (it has been more than a month since I mailed
them in, and I still haven't heard anything about my status).
Also, there is another request for a different new command-line option to
rm, as documented in
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-coreutils/2005-12/msg00069.html, but
which no one has provided a patch for yet. If needed, I can update my
patch to also fold in a rm --stop-on-error flag.
