I suppose since you've asked, that means it is :-)
I'll move it.
It could use a few more options, e.g., a list of To:/Cc: addresses,
a list of programs (e.g., automake, autoconf, bison) for which to
report version numbers, in identifying the tools used to bootstrap
the package. And maybe even an option to specify a time/date by which
to tell which gnulib sources were used.
