Unfortunately, email doesn't satisfy legal requirements.  For proper
copyright assignment, you need to fill out a form and snail mail it to the
FSF offices (we can provide more details if you are interested).
Fortunately, though, this change falls under the umbrella of trivial
changes that do not need copyright assignment in the first place.

So, I've pushed your proposed change, although I moved it to the end of
the list (I'm wondering whether we should consider sorting suffixes, but
that would be a separate patch).
