I've pushed your patch, with an adjusted log message.
The first line (summary) now starts with "progname: ",
and the third starts with "* full/name/of/file.c (function): Desc...

    tail: add add missing backslash at the end of a line in usage

    * src/tail.c (usage): Add missing backslash at the end of a line.
