But U+02BC MODIFIER LETTER APOSTROPHE is not the right character for “Groovin’” in English, as that word ends in a punctuation apostrophe, not a letter. If this happens to be awkward for regular expressions,we should extend the regular-expression syntax to make it less awkward.
