[Bug-cpio] gnulib gl_futimens error

Hi,

while building cpio using the latest gnulib, the following error occurred:

undefined reference to `gl_futimens'

It appears that in the latest gnulib the function gl_futimens has been
removed. (see:

)
The call to gl_futimens can be replaced by a call to fdutimens. See
patch attached.
