Append can not apply to archives larger than 2GB

As of cpio v2.13 (2019-11-06), the upstream cpio tool has a bug in the append operation and cannot deal with archives bigger than 2GB. (int32 limitation in lseek)

Attached is a proposed patch to utilize 64 bit operations rather than the current 32 bit operations.
