[Bug-cssc] Bugs in Sun prt.c copied by CSSC

Hi,

The prt program has two problems when falled wit -f:

1)      In case of the 'e' flag, it does not print a needed
        newline. This is a result of missunderstanding 
        the source: all other flags print the newline from
        the history file but with the 'e' flag, the
        parameters from the file are not printed.

        CSSC unfortunately copied this bug.

        I just introduced the needed newline.

2)      Flag names for 's' 'y' and 'x' are missing.

        I just introduced:

        's'     "keywd scanlines"
        'x'     "extensions"
        'y'     "keywd expansion"

Please adjust your source...
