[Bug-cssc] More problems in test code from CSSC 1.3.1

Hi,

admin/comment.sh calls sed with:

sed -ne '/^COMMENTS:$/,/$/ p'

This fails on HP-UX. I guess that you mean: sed -ne '/^COMMENTS:$/,/^.*$/p'

sccsdiff/rap.sh calls "diff -u" wich fails too.

"diff" would be sufficient....and works

some tests in what/whatbasic.sh give "Arg list too long" errors.
