I recommend to use SCCS, it is OpenSource since December 2006 and actively
maintained.
sccs get -p -A -m /tmp/s.333

SCCS is based on the original SCCS sources and got plenty of new features.
Recent versions are part of the schiltools package at:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/schilytools/files/
Old so called "stable" versions are in:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/sccs/files/
See the project page at:
http://sccs.sourceforge.net/
And man pages at:
http://sccs.sourceforge.net/man/index.html
You may like to use it even on HP-UX, since it is much faster that the HP
version and implements more features.
A nice feature is that SCCS error codes are decoded automatically since some
years.
Send a note if you have problems with compiling on HP-UX, since I could not
check it on HP-UX since a year.
