Build Issue cvs-1.11.14 and 1.11.15

Subject: Build Issue cvs-1.11.14 and 1.11.15

Could not build on Windows NT 4.0 SP6, using Microsoft
Visual C++ 6.0.
The following message appears during the build:

fatal error C1083: Cannot open source file:
'D:\cvs-1.11.14\windows-NT\win32.c': No such file or
directory

fatal error C1083: Cannot open source file:
'D:\cvs-1.11.15\windows-NT\win32.c': No such file or
directory

Used source code from:
cvs-1.11.14.tar.bz2
cvs-1.11.15.tar.bz2
