I haven't been able to get to ximbiot.com for a while and blamed it on our
network restrictions.

Hi!
On http://www.nongnu.org/cvs/ there are links to http://ximbiot.com/cvs/ and
http://ximbiot.com/cvs/manual/ (and other
pages) but ximbiot.com does not resolve.
Please fix this. In particular, having the CVS manual online would be
appreciated.
Thomas
