It looks like your key has expired:
$ gpg --keyserver keys.gnupg.net --recv-keys 0A11B61D3657B901
gpg: requesting key 3657B901 from hkp server keys.gnupg.net
The key indeed expired on 2020-02-14, and I extended it yesterday
before releasing datamash 1.6.
The MIT key server does show the extended key:
https://pgp.mit.edu/pks/lookup?op=vindex&search=0x29A794FD2272BC86
But the gnupg server does not (yet?):
http://keys.gnupg.net/pks/lookup?op=vindex&fingerprint=on&search=0x29A794FD2272BC86
I've done "gpg --send-keys" to both servers.
I hope it will be automatically updated soon - I don't think
I have any direct method to affect it.
