I have built the latest DDD distribution using compiler optimization flags
of "-O4 -mcpu=pentiumpro -march=pentiumpro". I then attempted to run DDD
specifying a different display (i.e. "DDD -display host:0"). The target
host did not have an X server running so I began seeing messages "
_X11TransSocketINETConnect: Can't connect: errno = 111". I then
interrupted the program using control-C and received a segmentation fault.
This is easily recreatable.

The contents of my logfile is:
GNU DDD 3.3 (i686-pc-linux-gnu)
