I'm having the following problem when I tried to compile
ddd 3.3 with g++ 2.95 on OSF 4.0d :

c++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I. -I./.. -DNDEBUG -O2 -g -W -Wall
-trigraphs -c HelpCB.C
HelpCB.C: In function `void PopupTip(void *, XtIntervalId *)':
HelpCB.C:2166: Internal compiler error in `scan_region', at except.c:2566
Please submit a full bug report.
See <URL:http://egcs.cygnus.com/faq.html#bugreport> for instructions.
make[1]: *** [HelpCB.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/aschwin/src/ddd-3.3/ddd'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
address@hidden c++ -v
Reading specs from
gcc version 2.95 19990728 (release)

On http://gcc.gnu.org/cgi-bin/gnatsweb.pl, I found
the same problem with number 2401, when somebody
tried to build MySQL on a Dec Alpha with Linux.

Maybe the problem is in the Alpha specific part.

Is there a solution available that works around this

Feel free to contact me if more information is needed.

Kind regards,
