Command tool panel

Version 3.3 and pretty much every version before then.

It seems no-one bothered testing ddd on a real window manager. Ie, one
with virtual desktops or "pager". With fvwm, when you go from virtual
desktop to virtual desktop, with the command tool panel open, it gets
confused and displays itself on some completely unrelated page. When you
go back to the ddd window, the command tool is no longer there. Bummer.
You try to open it up again using the menubar, and it stays open on the
other desktop.

Look, if you are going to include such a useless "feature" such as
automatically moving associated windows when the main window is moved
(which I find annoying in more than one way), can you at least have a
documented option to disable this "feature"? Please?
