                 Summary: X86_64 RHE5 platform doesn't show threads correctly

I downloaded and built for RHE5.6, and try running our 64-bit app. Version of
DDD source was downloaded about 2 hours ago today.

When I kill it (Control-C) and then do "info threads", I only have 1 thread
with the message "* 1 LWP 21320 0X000003E5780CD01 in ?? ().

Status threads gives the same output.

Exiting ddd, and running my application directly from gdb, gives the following
for "info threads":
  6 Thread 0x43204940 (LWP 21339)  0x0000003e5780db3b in accept ()
   from /lib64/libpthread.so.0
  4 Thread 0x41e02940 (LWP 21337)  cmMgc::vAstMgc__ (this=0x2aab2c001a60)
    at ../..//src/pvm/include/6pal/cmMgc.h:52
  3 Thread 0x41401940 (LWP 21336)  0x0000003e5780ce33 in sem_timedwait ()
   from /lib64/libpthread.so.0
  2 Thread 0x40a00940 (LWP 21335)  0x0000003e5780ce33 in sem_timedwait ()
   from /lib64/libpthread.so.0
* 1 Thread 0x2aaaab288580 (LWP 21332)  0x0000003e5780cd01 in sem_wait ()
   from /lib64/libpthread.so.0

This is massively reproducible (I have gone back and forth at least 10 times).
