[Bug-ddrescue] complete failure could use more output

This kind of additional output would be nice:

# fdisk /dev/sdb

Unable to read /dev/sdb


This is a drive that I successfully ran ddrescue on a few days ago, it
seems to be doing a good job of deteriorating.
